I worked with Wendy to purchase a Lexus GX460 from out of state and had a great experience. She was easy to communicate with, transparent throughout the process, and helped coordinate transport to Colorado. Buying a car remotely can be a little nerve-racking, but Wendy made the transaction smooth from start to finish. The vehicle arrived exactly as described and everything went very smoothly. I’d happily work with her again.
I purchased a truck from you in November. I have reached out to my salesman Joe Young and whoever in finance emailed me. Issues I had was with the dealer prep fee. I advised Joe I did not want window tint because I will have my person do the % I want and all ceramic. He advised it was already done and could not be removed. Buyer beware! Once you deal with this business it becomes very obvious why their BBB accreditation has been revoked and they continue to pile up complaints with BBB and the state of Texas. You’ve been warned - Bishop Imports LLC is an unmitigated disaster of a dealership. Any high end vehicles they sell have extensive damage or troubled maintenance history. They will list and sell high end cars without holding the title and they mistreat the cars while under their inventory (leave high-6 figure cars parked in harsh Texas weather, not kept on battery tenders etc.). Watch for their lies. A $2,000 package was added to the sale price. I asked for it to be removed and they said it could not be. It was for a second key and tint and paint protection I did get a second key, nothing on the paint as per my detail guy, the tint is from the previous owner (there is a sticker with the company info) and the tint has damaged spots. This is NOT a BBB accredited business anymore.
Last year I bought a used Maserati Quatt SQ4 with 63000/m from this dealership. This was not my primary driver. When I test drove it, the steering wheel made a weird squeaking noise sometimes while turning. The sales person said it was just something that needed lubricating. The brakes also squeaked when stopping. I was told the rotors and pads had all just been changed after an inspection, and perhaps it was a brake grease thing. I went to this dealership to buy an electric car . I test-drove it and liked it, and no one mentioned any issues. Edgar, the person who sold me the car, told me it came with a Level 2 charger, but when I bought it, it turned out to be Level 1—and it didn’t even work. They also said the car had a Tesla adapter and could charge at any outside station, which was not true, so I had to spend my own money on a new charger.

I came in here on the 6th of March. It took the sales lady fifteen seconds to decide she didn't want to do business. I never even saw the car. She kept asking over and over after answering the first time about $ 10,000 down like that was supposed to be something extremely hard to have. Pretty xxxx poor service for selling entry-level luxury cars. She also didn't disclose that the car was a demo. I went down the next day and bought a Tonale in Houston. Thank you for wasting my time.
Jay Q was the man! The entire staff was very friendly and the process of buying my car couldn’t have gone any better. Will definitely be back in the future when I am looking for a new car!
10/10 experience with JQ! He helped my husband and I find the perfect Tesla and kept great communication over the few days it took us to get to the dealership as we live out of town. The place is very inviting with great amenities while you wait!
I cannot thank Jordan and Jonathan enough for what they did for me. Had an issue come up and they went above and beyond to make things right! Communicated everything well and were extremely understanding and very responsive. Super grateful for them taking time from their day to take care of my situation and it was done in a timely manner.
